Thank you for your response, I will try all that you propose.

I do have one question concerning taking Valbazen. You mentioned that it must be taken with 40g of fat. I have been taking it with 3 tablespoons of olive oil (14g/fat per tbls) mixed with balsamic vinegar. I soak bread in the oil/vinegar and eat.

Does that work out?
