I have gotten rid of all my eczema, well all but one place. The only place I have been using cortisone cream I still have really bad eczema. I was reading up on things last night and I believe my skin is addicted to cortisone cream. My question is: How do I taper off this stuff when every time I stop my skin gets bad? What natural things work as well as cortisone cream? How long will it take to get my skin back to normal I am 31 year old male, very healthy other than this and some minor dermatitis on my scalp (believed to be from stress). I have been using cortisone cream on my arms off and on for 3 years. I use 2% hydrocortisone cream.
