I have thought this too, as my system is completely clogged up. I would *not* tolerate a full flush though. I had friends much stronger than me (but also with adrenal insufficiency) end up in hospital for a week or more after a Liver Flush from having an adrenal crisis because the body couldn't handle it. That's one really hard decision.
