That is the topside of a mass that was stuck onto the lining of your small intestine wall. To define it as a fluke is to be assumptive, and I am not one to assume anything about M. The id of this life form cannot be made without first accepting the fact that it is a new and unid'd life form, probably one that existed more than 500 millions years ago. PCR has failed to show any nucleic acids being present, which I found very interesting, as all life on Earth is supposed to contain nucleic acids, in order to be considered alive and from this planet.
