I may be out of my league here being a newbie but I started drinking Liver Detox Tea and started expelling hundreds of Liver Flukes as I continued to drink the tea every day on an empty stomach.

This was before I discovered CZ and what LF's were and was not doing a formal cleanse at the time. In fact I had no idea what they were and that is how I found CZ.

I know this sounds very simplistic and probably way below the level of cleansing you are at but did want to share my experience because they were released only because of the tea.
