there are three things that are fought by the medical profession tooth and nail - iodine, silver and rife. if these three were to be employed by everyone, the number of office visits and trips to the emergency room would be cut by more than half.

dr mercola is trying to save his credibility with his readers and save his MD license at the same time. this makes him wrong about iodine, regardless of how many things about Iodine he gets right.
