how did you do the colonics? did you do an ordinary enema?
and could you post the full instructions for the 27 day detox? thanks for elaborating.
i want to try juice fasting + a few enemas for 4-8 weeks because i heard it's a good detoxing program. what do you think about it?

buying that book "clean gut diet" is not an option for me at the moment, i will probably import it when i have enough money. thanks for understanding.
