Morgellon's Disease, each of your observations points directly at M. You are highly perceptive and your observations show that. It would take me several pages to be able to properly respond to each of your statements.
Your small intestine is where you need to start, it's likely restricted by a fungal appearing mass that needs to be expelled. Once the pipe system is working properly, a lot of the symptoms will die down, then other areas can be focused upon with their issues in mind.
