I use the same distilled water with the 1/8 tsp per gallon for my cats as well as my mom and I, so I didn't want to go more than that. I weighed the 1/8 tsp and it is 300mg. We drink at least a gallon per day between us.

I should really capsulize it for my mom, but not sure how much to use.
