Hey guys

So I've seen about every doctor there is and recently saw Dr Mariano and still no one has any clue what's happening to me. Some of you may know that I've been battling with severe adrenal fatigue for over a year now and was finally getting stable when 4 months ago I took 1 pill of seriphos and it changed my whole world. I never bounced back. I've been tirelessly trying to figure out what happened when I took that pill but haven't gotten any answers yet. Ill write down my symptoms before and after taking it.

Before:
Fatigue
Anxiety
Heart palp.s
Hypoglycemia
Insomnia
Depression
Allergies and histamine sensitivity
Extremely sensitive to stress

I took 1 pill of seriphos and immediately felt drugged. My heart rate went down and I felt very sedated. I went to bed and woke up with a massive panic attack that night and from then on this what I've been having:

Depersonalization
Very low and shallow heart beat
Air hunger
Extremely dilated pupils and bright light sensitivity
Apathy (emotionless, flat, can't even plan a day anymore)
Brain fog
Decent energy but tired (I consider fatigue and tired different)
Circadian rhythms changed (I now wake up at 9:20am every day no matter what regardless of what time I go to bed. I've never woken up that early in my life)
Reactive hyperglycemia (I could go all day without eating and I wouldn't have 1 bit of hypoglycemia)
Zero food or environmental allergies
Zero insomnia, when I sleep I sleep like a corpse
Zero anxiety
Exercise intolerance (my strength is decent but if I so much as do a push-up it feels like my muscle is going to rip off my bone. I go for bike rides every day and sometimes my quads hurt so bad the next day I can't walk. Also, if I even walk up some stairs I feel like I'm about to black out and my heart rate goes up, yet my blood pressure is still 120/80)
A general, overall feeling of being sedated.
Heat intolerance. Can't take a bath or sauna were as with AF I could no problem.
No startle response, I had a big dog run after me recently and my heart rate didnt even go up.

I've had all sorts of bloodwork and vitals done and everything is fine. Kidneys, glucose, insulin. liver is sligtly high but mine always has been like that. The shittiest part to this is that it is EXACTLY the same every day. It never fluctuates at all. At least with AF things fluctuate depending on what you do but this never changes so I can't judge what I should be doing.
I've recently added lipo glutathione and milk thistle to my supplement list but felt zero change. I even added organ meats per dr marianos request to increase my iron. For 4 months I've been doing this and have seen no change. It never gets better, but at the same rate it never gets worse, either.
DR Mariano thinks i have a candida problem and prescribed me nystatin and fluconazole. He also gave me valacyclovir which is an antiviral and I'm not sure why. To be honest I'm a little nervous about shotguning prescriptions right now since I don even have a clue what the problem is. My body is so damn sensitive.

I've been at this diligently for a long time now and am beyond frustrated that any progress I made got swept away buy 1 little pill- but I am over that and need to find a solution. I am really praying that this isn't Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome or a mitochondrial dysfunction, I've heard that those are pretty much a life sentence if combined with adrenal fatigue. I just want to get better, I've devoted my whole life to this. I'm kind of in desperation mode here. The seriphos triggered something I just don't know what. Any ideas at all??

Thanks, all.
