Yes, it really seems like I'm "poisoned" from the inside, but for years I thought it was just "Adrenal Fatigue", my adrenal glands depleted making me feel exhausted...

I only eat some protein and cooked vegetables, with some brown rice. Some apples some times, and almonds. No starches, sugars, nothing...

Good luck to your son, but I've been a Vitamin C protocol, didn't do it for me...
