Hi Inti

I agree about the paramin with no potassium being a death sentence, that was what it was becoming for me as well. The blood Sugar stabilisation has been a big thing for me, that must be one of the main reasons why I don't feel like I have adrenal fatigue anymore.

All the digestive problems you mention have also fixed for me in the last 2 months, I used to live on digestive enzymes, now if i take even 1 it throws me out of balance so violently it takes the day to recover from it.

I think you have to take the parts of both which work for you, for eg i know that tei would not work for me because i need the calcium, if i just take magnesium and potassium I go downhill very quickly, I need to take all 3 to make progress.
I think the reason I have stayed in 4 lows so long is due to an extreme calcium deficiency, my calcium started at 33 then 39, arl says that if you are in 4 lows the higher the calcium the more deficient you are. I had all the symptoms of calcium loss from the bones, my body was desperately trying to build a calcium shell but there was so little of it available that 39 was as high as it could get. My bones used to feel very brittle and weak and a lot of bone pain, it used to feel like my ribs could have easily snapped. Now all that feels back to normal.

I am a fast oxidiser according to tei's method and at the moment am showing copper deficiency in relation to zinc so that will be why i am doing ok on relatively high amounts of copper.
