I have recently started the ERfYBT O diet plan and keep coming across contradictory advice on what foods are ok and those that aren't - even in Dr D'Adamos own books! EG in one book he says type Os should avoid soya and in another he gives recipes containing soya which are said to be beneficial for type Os. On a website by an advocate of Dr D'Adamo lentis and avocado are avoids yet in the ERfYBT book avocados are beneficial and lentis are neutral. Can anyone here help as I would like to get this diet right but even Dr D'Adamo is contradicting himself!
