According to my last saliva test (last November, I'm due for another) I have high cortisol in the morning, low in the afternoon, and normal in the evening. I find that I tolerate food in general much better in the evening for some reason. I usuallly have more protein in the morning than I do at night, just because it keeps me more stable throughout the day. Do you have severe food intolerances as well?
