Because the person asked Adrenal fatigue yes or no and I'm just stating the FACT that mainstream medicine doesn't accept AF as a real condition and all the symptoms associated with "AF" are parallel with malnutrition/under-eating. It doesn't mean people aren't experiencing those symptoms, so no need to get all defensive, but it can be dangerous to create a false condition because doctors/people might try to just directly treat the condition with expensive and potentially dangerous drugs or supplements instead of the underlying cause, which in this case may be as simple as eating more.
