ALL histamine actions in the body can be brought on by dehydration or drought alone. drought can occur anywhere, in any organ or tissue. swelling of any kind can be caused by dehydration.

dr B (watercure2.com) tells of a woman who had severe swelling of her legs. she drank many pints of water a day, drinking constantly. as soon as she added salt, which she was avoiding as per her MD, the swelling subsided until gone.
