The (potato skins) are the shedding of the lining of your small and large intestines, mine were as big as a page of copy paper at times. I saved the specimens in alcohol so that I could say this and not be called nuts, which I no longer mind as nuts is preferred over reality whenever reality is no longer tolerable.
