I developed a heart arrhythmia 4 years ago, and then a few months after that it all hit me like a train wreck. Had a panic attack after what I felt like was an adrenal crash (stupidly went on roller coasters after getting no sleep and eating a ton of Sugar and energy drinks) and ended up in the ER. Had low BP for about a year and now it flipped to chronic high BP. All symptoms were present since that crash but some have come and gone or gotten worse. I do have brain fog, sometimes pretty bad. Memory isn't much of a problem although sometimes my short term memory is a little difficult. Other mental problems are heavy anxiety (only when symptoms are bad and my body feels like shutting down), and occasional depression. I realize this sounds like this is all panic disorder, but I was on Celexa for awhile and it neutralized my anxiety and not a single symptom went away. Also, I will pick up some GSE...I'm on a pretty intense probiotic right now and have tried caprylic acid multiple times. It seems I can only knock back the candida for a little while and it comes back pretty quickly. Thanks again
