I've made a mistake of putting sodium Bentonite in my mouth without hydrating it properly. I wanted to clean my mouth and thought this might be ok. However after a week I have clay clinging onto my tongue at the back. This I'm guessing is where the clay is finding toxins. Also I may have not hydrated the same clay properly a few years ago when doing a psilium -bentonite detox-I was not very well informed about this product and it's freaking me out just a bit(!) Any ideas as to how I can remove the clay asap? I've tried coconut oil pulling a few times but the clay returns the next day.
