My diet isn't perfect but I stay away from bad stuff and junk food and sweets. It's a mixed diet with a lot of lean meats and fruits and some veggies and breads. I supplement both minerals and vitamins pretty heavily. I do not have any mercury fillings and I usually drink reverse osmosis water. I do use fluoride toothpaste however. And yes I probably do, I use brand name shampoos and deodorants but I don't think those could cause my body to shut down like this.
