are there any diets, teas or herbs that would help thin my secretions?
I drink plenty of water and I am on an (almost) gluten-free diet, but my very thick secretions seem to clog up my ears from the inside (?eustachian tube?).
I have consulted three ENT-doctors, I drink plenty of fluids and I am on an (almost) gluten-free diet.
