Thank you again for writing and for all your great information.

So since I'm still on the drug, what should be my first step? I already starting withdrawing but have a ways to go. I'll include the vitamins and amino acids. Is there a certain brand of vitamin E you recommend? All the ones I've found either have soy or magnesium stearate. I'm allergic to soy and don't want that in my system anyway.

Then should I start a colon cleanse? Or parasite cleanse? Do you recommend both or one for now over the other?

I found a site selling Barefoot's products but it doesnt' list any of the ingredients. I'm weary of products that don't list the ingredients. Can you tell me what's in them, or a good site that tells me so?
