thanks so much for the plantain.. I just saw some today and was wondering? if I need it for anything!! I just remembered I have some in a salve that I made, from a susan weed book.. have to go find it![ I am talking to myself]. in reference to the balanced iron deal.. can you tell me more about it? how do you balance it MH? any way, to tell besides labwork[which probably doesn't tell you much anyways!] that you are out of whack? from the adonis post I would assume I am deficent.I try to stay away from iron because it feeds bad bugs like clyamdia pnuemonia [which I have]thanks.
