I have popliteal cysts behind both knees, and my knees "scrunch" and pop when I bend them. Since I've been taking iodine, as little as I am taking, my right knee isn't scrunching anymore and only has a slight pop. The cyst behind the knee has started shrinking slightly. I wish both of those cysts would just disappear. Maybe they will.
