Wow thanks, paw paw poultice sounds interesting. When you say green paw paw do you mean papaya? Just looked it up and there are different types of paw paw apparently. Will defo look into it, thanks. I don't care what I look like to be honest!!

Yeah I already meditate and that definitely helps my state of mind, which I'm sure has a knock on effect on the body. I'm going away for the summer but might look into finding a good holistic doctor when I get back.
