I've just started taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract about a week ago, and I feel like absolute crap, getting considerably worse BY THE DAY. Like, I don't know if this is normal...a die-off some say ?

It could be this...I've noticed sleeping late and waking up late CONSIDERABLY worsens my symptoms. But I've got this relatively under control...

What could possibly make you feel CONSIDERABLY WORSE by the day ?! It can't be food, I mean, I'm about to make diet changes (trying some carbs, low meat, some fruit these days) but it's not like eating potatoes the other day make me feel like I've injected 5kg of pure toxic material...

Do you have this ? Feeling horribly, horribly worse for an entire month ? When does it end ?! :)

Anyone had this with Grapefruit-Seed-Extract in particular ?...
