Just a thought have u tried green paw paw poultice, good for things attached to bones, bone chips, abcess undertaking. Grate green paw paw and wrap in calico, do not let it rest directly on skin. If you can put up with wearing it leave it on for at least, 12hours . Keep up the treatment for at least 3 days. You should see a difference after first treatment. If it seems like it's working you can go as long as it takes. Best wishes.
