My wife has RA and I have spinal damage(C1 through C7), and the CG I make at home has made a huge difference for the wife! No more coming home at times of the year hurting so bad and all her joints swollen up. We take 40ppm every other day which works for us. Here's how I make it:
Add 1/2 level teaspoon maltodextrin to 500ml cold distilled water.
Add 2 ml gold chloride
Add 20 drops 1M sodium carbonate.
Heat in microwave to boiling.
Done (beautiful ruby red color 50ppm to 100ppm)
