Check your labels get him off of anything that contains Hydrogenated oils listed in the ingredients. This stuff is poison! It coats the cells with a Teflon like substance and nothing gets in or out. Cells can't transport insulin. Our cells are NORMALLY coated with EFA's essential fatty acids. The structure of hydrogenated oil is so similar to our EFA's that the bodies use it instead. And it's in so much of our food it's scary! Also take Omaga 3-6-9 oil supplement available at the dollar general store.
