Yes, I had my first significant "down" yesterday.. feeling pretty rough, lethargic, heavy-headed, lower-back pain, etc. Hence, found this resource and started reading! Definately detox symptoms - seemingly Bromide detox. Yes, I have a few painful spots (with no head), and the kidneys needed a flush. Read about the salt pushes and did that last night.. immediately headaches cleared a little and energy much better this morning. I haven't stopped the Lugol's tho' Lol!! Too good to stop! Actually, I upped the Lugols from 4 drops to 5 today and so far feeling ok. Lower back pain is still there, although I've had that for years.

Doctors are fools who have lost there ability to use logic and sense (probably due to a lack of Iodine in their diets no??).. ;)
