An old time facial exfoliate, that my mom passed on to me....get a scallop shell and put equal parts of a fresh squeezed lemon and urine into the shell. Do this in the morning and let sit in a warm sunny window. In the evening, scrape the shell and let it mix with the liquid. By the next morning scrape and mix once again and it should be ready to use. It should be a white milky paste. Rub this on your skin, face and neck, and then wash, rinse & dry. Your skin should feel very soft. Apply a thin coat of olive oil and you're done!
