What a fantastic day for you. This is pretty unbelievable. I read your progress from the start and can only add, a very big congatulations on a very credible achievement.Most people I have mentioned to, what you are doing, dont believe a fast for 108 days could be done. Most believe without food for a few weeks your dead!But then they dont know what a fast does or how or where to begin. I hope that what you post to MH about your 108 day,er can be read about and used by all who wish to experience what a this can do for us. Good one.
