I did it.
I still can't believe that the longest fast I have ever done is over.
Almost three and a half months worth.
Never shall I be deceived again by the food processors who want you to think you must eat tons of food to sustain life.
I now know the secret they don't want you to know about.
I wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of my soul, you have all helped me when the times were tough and I have felt your love and support throughout my entire journey. I couldn't have done it without you, each and every one.
You all hold a special place in my heart and I am honored to call you my friends.
May God bless and guide you on whatever path you have chosen, and may happiness, truth, and vibrant health always be your companions, forevermore.
I will be taking my after pictures tomorrow and then I shall send them to MH to post on his website. I say a happy goodbye to the thirty pounds of waste I lost on this odyssey.
Now I look forward to rebuilding my metabolism on a raw food diet and doing massive amounts of liver flushes to fix that baby up. I believe that is why my joint system is still all messed up. I can still feel the seven fused vertebrae in my spinal column are still the same, so I must work at dissolving the calcifications so my spine once again becomes new. I had hoped that this long fast would cure that, but alas, it did not.
You know me though, I am a do'er, and if my spine is fixable, I shall find a way to do so.
You all have a great Sabbath, I will chat at ya later,
Peace....
P.S. Oh yeah, that organic pineapple is truly a gift from God. I can't believe how good it tastes. I ate maybe two handfuls and that was enough for my shrunk stomach, but oh my, did it ever taste nummmmmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
My awakened taste buds are bionic, lol.
Ciao....
