I am skeptical (but not discounting the possibility) that this is "just a Seriphos reaction". I am not skeptical that you have been feeling terrible since shortly after you took the Seriphos - I do believe you.

Have you read any similar reports of a Seriphos reaction?

Talked to any doctors or professionals about it?

Any clues or guesses of how this reaction may have happened?
