Hi Gapster...I have a strong allergy to all dairy except goats milk. I haven't been able to find raw goats milk to make goats yogurt....so if I quit all grains and all dairy then that leaves with chicken, fish and geggies and some nuts and seeds to go the gaps diet on....I don't think I could handle only that...do you have any suggestions?
