Peel1234: I have tried a bunch of diets but never actually stuck with them. I do eat raw food (not very much lately) but didn't notice too much of a difference really.

Maxime: no I don't really ever get any toothpaste on my lips. The toothpaste I use doesn't actually have any foaming agents in it so it doesn't build up like crazy like most toothpastes. Also I do one part at a time, spit it out and then re apply on the brush and do the other part. It rakes a little bit longer but I haven't had any issues yet. I wouldn't really stress getting it on your lips too much as long as you gently remove it.

and thanks I really am enjoying life, I can finally work in front of customers again :)
