You should absolutely not be taking thyroid hormone if blood tests have not shown you to be hypothyroid. You could end up elevating your thyroid levels and go into thyrotoxic crisis, which could be potentially lethal. Same with adrenal supplements. Unless you've been diagnosed with Addison's disease (very rare), you need to immediately stop the adrenal supp's.

That said, you may have intestinal candida and there are a few completely safe supplements you can test out to see if they help. Grapefruit seed extract and caprylic acid are two natural anti-fungal, anti-microbial supplements that will help with your symptoms if you have candida. Vitamin Shoppe also sells an "ultimate 10" probiotic which will replenish your gut with good bacteria. I would recommend trying these out and seeing if they help.
