Thanks Hope! I was thinking that some form of oil to drink would be so much easier than finding it in the foods. A result of the first 2wk protocol is I no longer have a sweet tooth...anything sweet makes my stomach turn now. But fat grams are still fat grams and I appreciate your honesty about putting on a couple of pounds during treatment.

Also thank you for giving me an alternative to the food source to get in my 40g next time around. Regarding the taste, I can't imagine much that tastes as bad as the Albendazole 'drench' (liquid form) which I put the dose in a measuring spoon and just down it, there just isn't enough to bother with trying to mix it with something to hide the taste. I, too take many big gulps of water after taking it. I figure it's a good way to get more water!

I need to reread what you were taking as I would like to ask you a few questions regarding it if that would be okay with you?
