I tried coconut oil it didn't do much, i've had the blocked nose since i was 4, its got worse since last year.
Food intolerance-No, I was on a diet for 3 months free of lactose,gluten,wheat,soya,vegan and i STILL had brain fog,blocked nose etc.

I'm going to do a test for candida.
