I am no pro, i just started myself, testing some methods out, but if your allergic to caffeine, don't do coffee enema. I guess you can do olive or coconut enemas or just boiled water enemas cooled down to body temp. A teaspoon Sea Salt wouldn't hurt either. Just remember everything has to be as clean as possible and with organic ingredients.
