How do you do those? like what is the apparatus and where do you buy it. I've never done one before but would like to try it. Sounds beneficial. Not sure about coffee though as I am allergic to caffeine. Can you use anything else? I have no probs with coconut oil and I just recently started swishing my mouth out with organic grape juice which has been extremely eye opening! wow can't believe the crud that keeps coming out of my mouth. Better out than in!
