You can take DMSA+ALA every 4 hours at night. Take a dose right before bed, even if you took one 1h ago, doesn't matter....with 8 hours of sleep you have to get up once, if you have a glass of water next to the bed you don't have to get up at all.

Personally I love chelation interrupting my sleep, always gives me lots of vivid dreams :)
