Hello,
I purchased Utopia-Silver 's generator kit to make my own ionic/ Colloidal Silver at home.
The first batch was brewed for a total of 2, 1 hour sessions, with a half hour cool down between. The result was a lovely amber colored silver solution.
The second batch I upped the cook time to 1 1/2 hour for each session, to increase the colloidal content. The resulting color wasn't near as amber as the first, more of a grey color,...so I experimented and used the same solution and cooked for another 1 1/2 hours.
I did a visual comparison of the first batch and second batch, and the results are not even close. The first batch looks very similar to Utopia's "Advanced" Colloidal Silver , while the 2nd batch was hardly colored at all, with a slight grey tint to it.
I did notice that the silver electrodes during the 2nd cooking collected a LOT more silver oxide on them compared to the first batch.
At this point I don't feel confident enough in the 2nd batch to consume, since the color is so off. This concerns me since I just purchased this generator.
I plan on phoning the company today, but was wondering if any users of Utopia-Silver s generator could shed some light on what the problem may be?
thanks,
Marc
