Ok taked some more lugol`s, 5 drops so 50mg today, i got pretty soon quite tired after the 5 drops and had to actually take a nap.

after the nap i looked again that wonderfull guide that Griz have made, and noticed that i dont have that atp cofactor at all...so just ordered 3x 90 capsule.


Also looked again the salt flush, i really have to do it now like every 30 minuts or so...it`s a massive dose of salt but it seems there are no other way. Have anyone have trouble with the 3 day salt flush ? i mean is there a risk of overdose ?? if take every 30 min half teaspoon it is ok ?


Can L-tyrosine help with thyroid ? or is it waste of time and money if have a situation like me where the main problem is most likely the toxins...
