Taked 18.75 mg this mornig , now i am not as tired like was yesterday but i feel depressed.

I somehow feel that when i take about 100mg the Iodine keeps Depression away...i was not depressed when taked 100mg....and now with lower dose i have some more energy but start being depressed.

I gues this must have a lot to do with pineal gland that makes melatonin, and serotonin...

I might take later today more Iodine if this Depression continue, to see does it help, maybe there is a golden line there somewhere 50-70mg that keeps me out of Depression and also wont totally suck my energies out.


Anyone observed something similar like this in your voyage to world of Iodine ??
