No not exercise last few days, becouse the fatigue has been just really on huge scale, i have use to somehow undergo fatigue as have had them all my life....but this time it was really like someone plug the switch of, i am sure that my thyroid was working much worse than usual, probably fluoride,bromine,mercury were directly effecting the thyroid and just switching it off. But yes you are so right, i should exercise as it is vital to us in so many ways, i try today to do some, thanks for remind me !
