I purchase most of my vitamins from GNC or Solar or Nature Bounty but I have never heard of "vitamins that load the body with metals", there are always schools that are against the usage of vitamins because there is no evidence of their benefit (beside on their opinion) nevertheless they are the same people who work in drug store business. Could you clarify what kind of vitamins / brand to stay away from?
