seems for every coffee enema one does, they would have to replace electrolytes in form of some type of juice (preferably fresh pressed) sometimes if I don't have time to make a juice, I drink a large bottle of coconut water throughout the day and that seems to help rehydrate me so I don't have to deal with dry skin, etc. I find that taking too many enemas in a day is very dehydrating to the skin so i usually stick to one a day unless i am feeling very sick that day.
