Healing2021, have you considered trying to add seb's "infection treatment protocol" to your treatment? You probably remember him: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1990824
He seemed to have some great success. Unfortunately, he didn't return in december (if I remember correctly he said he would have a derm appointment at the end of last year and would come back to the forum afterwards).

It'll be somewhat time-consuming, but what wouldn't one do to get rid off this. I think it might be worth trying, at least to some degree.
