Hi,

I am thinking of going on the master cleanse. I just finished college and want to flush out all the toxins in my system. My only worry is that I have currently have an EXTREMELY high metabolic rate. I can go to the gym once and be in very good shape.

I was wondering if the cleanse would change this at all. I really want to detox but I also really don't want to lose this trait.
